The finca with house is located on a large private plot of 12,118.00 m2, of which 205,00 m2 has been built, useful area 178,30 m2. The house was completed in 2007 and was intensively renovated in the years 2021-2022.

A valid rental tourism license has been issued by the Province of Murcia, which allows the house to be rented out as a Casa Rural and is therefore an interesting property for both residential and commercial purposes.

The property is completely self-sufficient in terms of electricity all year round, there is a large solar panel installation with batteries for electricity storage. There is no connection to the regular power grid. The finca is co-owner of a private water supply initiated by farmers with a direct connection to the finca, and there is also its own 2000 liter storage including pressure pump on site.

The finca is ecologically built and made of natural stone (Travertino) from the area. This provides a relatively pleasant temperature, even in summer. The current owners only use solar energy and try to live with respect for nature. Air conditioning or central heating is currently not available but can be added.
